Use of the Car Park: Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk. The management accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents.
Parking Fees: All applicable fees must be paid prior to leaving the car park. Failure to pay may result in penalty charges or removal of the vehicle.
Parking Restrictions: Only vehicles that are roadworthy and properly taxed, insured, and licensed are permitted. No overnight parking unless otherwise authorised.
Conduct and Safety: Please drive carefully and observe speed limits. Follow all signage and instructions from staff.
Liability: The management is not liable for any personal injury or loss sustained while on the premises.
Personal Property: Do not leave valuables in your vehicle. The management bears no responsibility for items left in cars.
Abandoned Vehicles: Vehicles left for more than 48 hours without prior arrangement may be considered abandoned and removed at the owner’s expense.
Changes to Terms: The management reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
